Nevada Largest Companies, Led By a Huge Profit Turnaround By MGM Resorts and Excluding Caesars Entertainment, 2016 Total Audited Earnings Were $4.831 Bil, Up an Off-the-Charts 365% From Their 2015 Total Audited Earnings of $1.038 Bil Under Obama, Yellen, Sandoval, Heller and Reid ..................................................................................... Caesars Entertainment Was Excluded Because Its Reported US GAAP Earnings in Both 2016 and 2015 Were Not Very Meaningful Since It Holds a Majority Interest in CEOC That is No Longer Consolidated Since CEOC Filed For Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code in early 2015 Resulting in a Huge US GAAP Recorded Gain in 2015 Which Mostly Turned Around Into a Very Similar in Amount US GAAP Recorded Loss in 2016

From a review of the Google Finance Website and of company financial statements in the US SEC Website, I found the 16 Companies headquartered in the US State of Nevada with Stock Market Capitalizations either very late in 2016 or very early in 2017 of more than $1 Bil and which also have filed their fiscal year 2016 annual financial statements with the SEC.  Traditional Highly Regulated Utilities Companies were excluded.

Below here are the reported Audited US GAAP Earnings (Losses) From Continuing Operations of each of these 16 Nevada Companies for all of the fiscal years from 2007 through 2016 where the earnings numbers were reported and also where they were prepared in a fairly consistent manner with those in the most recent years:
