10 Largest US Computer Peripherals Company Stock Prices Down 66% Due to Financial Meltdown Spillover Effects, Then Up 850% Under Obama and the US Fed

I found 10 US Computer Peripherals Companies classified in the Technology Sector at Yahoo's superb Finance website with current Total Market Capitalizations of at least $100 mil, or just short of it, and which also had their common stocks trading on each of the following three dates :

  • On December 31, 2007 during President Bush's second term
  • On March 6, 2009, very early in President Obama's first term, which was their lowest point due to the spillover effects resulting from the 2008 financial meltdown, and
  • also on the most recent date February 11, 2014.

The historical common stock prices of these companies were obtained from the following two excellent internet resources....  Google Finance and MarketWatch Big Charts.

These 10 largest US Computer Peripherals Companies had their average stock prices decline by a massive 66% from December 31, 2007 during President Bush's second Presidential term, to March 6, 2009, very early in President Obama's first term, which was the very lowest point for the overall stock market due to the spillover effects resulting from the disastrous 2008 Financial Meltdown.

But in the slightly less than five years since March 6, 2009, the average stock prices of these same 10 largest US Computer Peripherals Companies have increased by a spectacular 850% through February 11, 2014, led by Rock Hill, SC-based 3D System's massive 4,219% stock price increase and also by two other "Ten Baggers Plus".....Eden Prairie, MN-based Stratasys and Spokane Valley, WA-based Key Tronic.  All 10 of these Companies had stock price increases since March 6, 2009 and 9 0f them had their stock prices more than double..

Clearly, the investors in and employees of these 10 largest US Computer Peripherals Companies must be extremely pleased with the impact of actions taken by both the Obama Administration and the US Fed to successfully rescue the US economy from its extremely weakened state.

Below here are the stock market prices of each of these 10 largest US Computer Peripherals Companies on February 11, 2014, on March 6, 2009, and on  December 31, 2007:
