From the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Las Vegas-Paradise, Nevada Metropolitan Statistical Area had a seasonably adjusted Unemployment Rate of 7.1% in the most recently reported September 2014, a dramatic decline of 51% from the 14.5% comparable Unemployment Rate in July 2010.
