Two quick observations.

First, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz and Washington US Senator Maria Cantwell should both go the patriotic route and run for 2016 US President.

Second, if the highly effective, very likable Washington US Senator Patty Murray is not the next Democratic US Senate Leader, there should be an outside audit of the vote count, with each Senator's vote published for transparency.  Democratic US Senators can't possibly be so stupid to not vote her in.
