New Hampshire Companies Total Earnings Are On Fire During Governor Maggie Hassan's Two Terms

New Hampshire Governors have two-year terms.  Maggie Hassan's first term started on January 3, 2013.  She won reelection for a second term which ends in December 2016.

She is not seeking reelection for Governor for a third term and instead is running for the US Senate against Republican incumbent Kelly Ayotte.

The good thing about Governors is you can measure how well they did by objective measures.

I think one very excellent objective measure here is how the State's Companies have performed financially.

Publicly-held companies file their audited financial statements annually with the SEC.

So just how did New Hampshire Companies perform financially during Maggie Hassan's two terms as New Hampshire Governor from January 3, 2013 to the most recent date November 7, 2016, just short of a four-year period?

Well, off-the-charts exceptionally well.

The best objective measure is Audited US GAAP Earnings.

From a review of the very fine Google Finance Website and of company financial statements in the US SEC website, I found the 8 Companies headquartered in New Hampshire, all with Stock Market Capitalizations now of more than $100 Mil and which also have filed their fiscal year 2015 annual financial statements with the SEC.   

Below here are the reported Audited US GAAP Earnings (Losses) From Continuing Operations of each of these 8 New Hampshire Companies with Stock Market Caps above $100 Mil for all years reported from 2012, the year before she took office as Governor, through 2015:

Yeah, these 8 New Hampshire Companies generated Total Audited Earnings of only $19 mil in 2012, the year before Maggie Hassan took office as New Hampshire's Governor.

Then, in her first year in office in 2013, these 8 New Hampshire Companies had their Total Earnings spike up from $19 mil to $215 Mil, up more then tenfold in just one year!

In her second year in office in 2014, these Total Earnings increased to $261 Mil, up 21%.

In her third year in office in 2015, these Total Earnings increased by another 60% to $417 Mil.

I have never seen a State's Companies have such spectacular Total Earnings growth.

But there's more to this massive earnings' ascent.
