New York Metro Area Non-Financial Companies 2014 Audited Earnings Up 526% Over 2008 ... Driven In Part By President Obama, Kirsten Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer, US House Members Serving New York Metro Area Districts and the US Fed ............ These NY Companies Are Major Beneficiaries of TPA

From a very thorough review of SEC filings, I found a huge number of 79 Non-Financial Companies headquartered in the New York City Metro Area with Stock Market Capitalizations now of at least $1 bil.

So just how have these 79 largest Non-Financial New York Metro Area Companies done on the earnings front before, during and after the 2008 financial meltdown?  Just absolutely impressive earnings improvement.

The 2014 Total Audited Net Income from Continuing Operations of these 79 largest Non-Financial New York Metro Area Companies was a massive $80.395 bil, an increase of an exceptionally strong 526% over the $12.839 bil comparable Total Reported Earnings generated by these same companies in their 2008 fiscal year ends.

So if the question to answer is how much better off are these largest Non-Financial New York Metro Area Companies now than they were during their 2008 financial meltdown fiscal years, the answer is more than 5 times better, or more than $67 bil better, as audited earnings under US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) are measured by the very prestigious US accounting profession.

There has been something upwardly explosive happening with the Audited Earnings of Non-Financial New York Metro Area Companies and among others, President Obama, New York US Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer, New York's 18 Exceptional US House Democratic Members and the US Fed have all undoubtedly helped here.

A large number of these 79 largest Non-Financial New York Metro Area Companies as well as oh so many smaller ones are Multi-National Companies and should benefit enormously if the Fast-Track TPA is passed.

On the job front, the US Bureau of Labor reported that the unemployment rate for the State of New York has dropped sharply from 8.9% in December 2009 to 5.7% in the most recently reported April 2015.

Also, the US Bureau of Labor reported that the unemployment rate for the New York City-Newark-Jersey City Metropolitan Area has dropped even more sharply from 9.7% in January 2010 to 5.6% in the most recently reported April 2015.
