101 Largest Los Angeles Area Companies, Led By Disney and 34 Financials, 2014 Audited Earnings Up 12 Times Over 2008 ... Driven In Part By Barack Obama, Jerry Brown, Nancy Pelosi and the US Fed

President Obama will be attending two very interesting DNC Fundraisers in the Los Angeles Area today, June 18, 2015.  Thus I think it might be helpful to update just how well financially Los Angeles Area Companies have been doing since the 2008 US financial meltdown.

From a very thorough review of SEC filings, I found a large number of 101 Companies headquartered in the Los Angeles Metro Area with Stock Market Capitalizations now of at least $1 bil, or the equivalent for non-publicly-held firms, and which have filed 2014 financial statements with the SEC.

So just how have these 101 largest  Los Angeles Area Companies done on the earnings front since the 2008 US financial meltdown?  Just absolutely great earnings improvement.

The Total Audited Net Income from Continuing Operations of these 101 largest Los Angeles Area Companies for 2014 was a huge $37.964 bil, an increase of 1,194% as compared with the $2.933 bil earned in the 2008 US Financial Meltdown year.

There has been something upwardly explosive happening with the Audited Earnings of Los Angeles Area Companies since the 2008 US Financial Meltdown and among others, President Obama, Jerry Brown, Nancy Pelosi and former US Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and current US Fed Chair Janet Yellen have all played instrumental roles in this massive earnings improvement.

Clearly, the Los Angeles Area Company earnings renaissance since the 2008 US financial meltdown was driven predominately by its Financial Companies ...... precisely 60% of it.  The Los Angeles area is deeply indebted to mainly Barack Obama and Ben Bernanke.
