Coca-Cola Co Top-Tier Executives Average Pay Raise Was 4.5% Per Year During the Past 11 Years (2008-2018). Finally a Dow Industrial Co Whose Board of Directors Isn't Into Grade Inflation, Which Causes Annual Pay Raise Inequality Expansion.

From Company Proxy Statement filings with the SEC, below are the Coca-Cola Company Top-Tier Executives Annual Total Compensation for each of two consecutive full years of employment for the most recent eleven years.

Coca-Cola Co is the 19th Dow Industrial Company I have researched so far on Top-Tier Executives Average Long-term % Pay Raises Per Year.  Its modest 4.5% per year is by far the lowest of these 19 Dow Companies.  The second lowest is its fellow Georgia Company Home Depot's 8.0% per year.  

To fix Income Inequality which is driven mainly by the Company and its Board of Directors choices on Percentage Annual Pay Raises, the US Government should step in and pass wisely-designed Fair Pay Raise Income Inequality Narrowing Company tax incentives ..... the carrot ..... and Company wise tax disincentives ..... the stick.

Also, the US Government should require all US Corporate Boards to include at least one worker representative. 

I will continue this same research for many other large US Companies to get a better handle on just why the US has such massive continuing Income Inequality Expansion ..... it appears to be predominantly about the relative annual pay raise percentages.
