In Fiscal Year Ended (FYE) May 2018, Oracle's Top Three Executives were rewarded with Total Pay Compensation of more than $108 mil each.
In the Fiscal Year Ended May 2019, this Total Pay Compensation was dramatically slashed for these three to $0.966 mil, $1.663 mil and $2.482 mil.
But unfortunately, Oracle also slashed the Total Pay Compensation of its median employee by 7% from $89,887 in FYE 2018 to $83,813 mil in FYE 2019.
I wonder how much the median employee pay was slashed in 2019 for the bottom quintile and the second bottom quintile of Oracle's employees?
The only Democratic Presidential candidate who possesses the contemporary data science and financial skill set as well as a keen understanding of how businesses operate all needed to substantially help move up US Corp median employee pay in the bottom, the second to the bottom and the middle employee quintiles of the five quintiles of US Corp employees is ..... the data-driven Pete Buttigieg,
The other Top Four Democratic Presidential candidates (Bernie, Biden, Warren and Klobuchar) running in Nevada would like to do this but the US Government hasn't been able to do it for more than forty years.
Why not? Because the Top Four Democratic Presidential candidates all working in the Washington DC bubble for the US Government for many years have obsolete or no data science skills, obsolete financial skills and have no or an obsolete understanding of how businesses operate in this fast-changing world. And that obsolescence accelerates with age and especially so with advanced age.
From annual compensation information contained in Proxy Statement filings with the US SEC, the table below shows California-Based Technology Software Company Oracle's Top-Tier Executives Annual Total Compensation for each of the two consecutive full years of employment for the past five years.
