US Big Credit Card Corps 4Q 2012 Earnings Up 11%

There are four large Credit Card Corps that are independent publicly-owned corporations: American Express, Visa, Discover Financial Services, and MasterCard.

In the 4Q 2012, these four Credit Card Corps had Total Adjusted Core After-tax Net Income of a huge $3.6 bil, a nice increase of 11% over the 4Q 2011, and slight earnings growth acceleration from the previous two quarters over the prior year's quarters.
