But in the slightly more than five years since March 6, 2009, the average stock market prices of these same 13 Nebraska Companies have increased by a spectacular 437% through May 14, 2014, led primarily by Green Plains Renewable Energy's stock market price advancing by 19 times in the most recent roughly 5 years.
All 13 Nebraska Companies experienced stock market price increases in the most recent roughly 5 years.
In similar fashion, the US unemployment rate doubled from 5.0% in December 2007 to 10.0% in October 2009, early in President Obama's first term which was the very lowest point for the US Labor Market due to the lagging spillover effects resulting from the disastrous 2008 Financial Meltdown.
