But you know what, that Tech stock decline was a drop in the bucket when compared to that of the San Francisco and Silicon Valley Health Care Companies, whose common stocks have traded since December 2007, which had their average stock market prices drop precipitously, down an average of 21% from February 26, 2014 to the most recent May 16, 2014. Of these Health Care Companies, 48% of them were Biotechnology Companies. And these Biotechs included here do not include the recent IPOs, which as everyone knows, have experienced devastating stock market declines in the most recent 3 months.
Clearly, the US Congress must gets its act together and pass a stand alone, very robust permanent R & E Tax Credit.
