Imbedded in This Reported TPTI of $0.9 Bil Were Three One-Time Gains Totaling $3.0 Bil. Yeah Absent These Three Gains, These Nevada Companies Would Have Reported 1Q 2020 Total Pretax Losses of a Massive $2.1 Bil.

From a review of Company SEC filings and the Google Finance website, I found 15 Nevada Companies with stock market caps above $1 bil recently.

MGM Resorts reported a $1.5 bil Gain in the 1Q 2020 related to some maneuvering of its real estate assets of MGM Grand Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay.

Cannae Holdings reported Gains of $0.9 bil in the 1Q 2020 from its sale of part of its Investment in Ceridian.

And Caesars Entertainment reported a Gain of $.6 bil in the 1Q 2020 from the change in the fair value of its Derivative Liability.
