San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Calif Financial Companies 2014 Earnings Were $34.8 Bil, Up 427% Over 2008

From a very thorough review of SEC filings, I found 14 Financial Companies headquartered in the San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley Area with Stock Market Capitalizations now of at least $1 bil.

Of these 14 Companies, 10 of them filed financial statements with the SEC which included earnings disclosures for all fiscal years from 2007 through the current year 2014.

The other 4 Companies all had December year ends and haven't released their December 2014 annual financial statements yet.

So just how have these 10 largest San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley Area Financial Companies done on the earnings front before, during and after the 2008 financial meltdown?  Just incredibly well.

The Total Net Income from Continuing Operations, predominantly audited numbers, of these 10 largest San Francisco/Silicon Valley Financial, dominated by Wells Fargo, was $34.823 bil in their Most Recent fiscal Years Ending in 2014, an increase of a very robust 427% over the $6.610 bil earned by these same 10 companies in 2008 ..... and also an absolutely incredible 320% increase over the $10.879 bil earned in 2007 before the US financial meltdown hit.
