The 200 Smaller US Companies (#1501 - #1700) With Market Caps $1.02 Bil to $1.36 Bil 2014 Total Audited Earnings On Fire Under Obama: Up 332% Over 2013, Up 588% Over 2009 and Up 724% Over 2007 ..... 2014 Total Audited Earnings $6.639 Bil, an Earnings Improvement of $17.796 Bil Over 2008 Total Audited Losses of $11.157 Bil in George Bush/Dick Cheney's Last Presidential Year

From a review of the superb Google Finance Website and audited financial statements at the excellent SEC Website, presented below are the 200 smaller (#1501 through #1700) US Companies in current stock market capitalization which also had annual earnings numbers reported for all years from 2010 through 2014.  These 200 Companies had their stock market caps range from $1.02 bil to $1.36 bil.

I excluded all US Utility Companies.
 
How have these 200 smaller US Companies recovered from the 2008 worldwide financial meltdown?  Well, miraculously off-the-charts.  Their Total Audited Earnings From Continuing Operations for 2014 were $6.639 bil, a huge $17.796 bil Earnings Improvement from the $11.157 bil Total Audited Losses in 2008.

 Not only have the Total Audited Earnings of these 200 smaller US Companies recovered all that they lost with the 2008 financial meltdown, but they added a totally off-the-charts another 724% from 2007 before the financial meltdown hit.

 And 2014 Total Audited Earnings of these 200 smaller US Companies were up a spectacular 332% over 2013.

 The largest US Companies have performed spectacularly on the audited earnings front since the 2008 financial meltdown.  But their performance are a mere drop in the bucket as compared to the performance of these 200 smaller US Companies.   

It is pretty clear to me that the major drivers of this wholescale, massive earnings recovery were prescient steps taken by the Obama Administration and by the US Fed.
