US Motor Vehicle and Parts Corp Stock Prices Up 617% Since President Obama Took Office

I found 37 US Motor Vehicle and Parts Corps, which are headquartered or have their major operations in the US, which reported Ongoing, Core Pretax Income or Loss of at least $10 mil in any of the four years 2008 through 2011, and which had their common stocks trading on both January 16, 2009, which is the last day stocks traded before President Obama took office, and also on yesterday, Wednesday, September 18, 2013.

These 37 Motor Vehicle and Parts Companies had an average stock market price increase of an incredibly off-the-charts 617% since President Obama took office on January 20, 2009.  This is precisely 6 times the 103% increase in the S&P 500 Index during the same time span.

To show just how widespread the success of the auto industry rescue was, these 37 Motor Vehicle and Parts Corps are headquartered in 14 different US States.

Given how incredibly successful the Obama Administration was in turning around the auto industry, why not bring back some of the key people driving that highly successful effort like Steve Rattner and Larry Summers to name just two of them, and see if they can find ways to replicate that success in all of US manufacturing and all of US technology.

And ask key executives working in many of the below very successful Motor Vehicle and Parts Companies, what US Government actions worked really well in helping lead this near miraculous auto rescue, and which of these actions would help all of US manufacturing and all of US technology.

Below here are the common stock market closing prices of each of these 37 US Motor Vehicle and Parts Companies at both the most recent date, and also at the date just before President Obama took office, as well as the percentage stock market price changes for this period of time:
