Disney Top-Tier US Executives Average Pay Raise Was 10.5% Per Year During the Past Eleven Years (2008-2018)

From SEC Proxy Statement Filings, below are the Walt Disney Company's Top-Tier US Executives Annual Total Compensation for each of two consecutive full years of employment for the most recent eleven years.

The Walt Disney Company is the fifth Dow Industrial Company I researched on Top-Tier Executives Average % Pay Raises Per Year.  Its Average % Pay Raise of 10.5% Per Year falls in between Home Depot's 8.0% and Johnson & Johnson's 11.4%, but much lower than that of the first two companies I studied ..... Exxon Mobil and Chevron.

It is difficult to understand how Disney would increase its CEO's Total Compensation in 2018 by 81%, taking it from $36.284 mil in 2017 to $65.645 mil in 2018, especially when so many Disney employees are not even making a living wage.  

But it's not just Disney.  The very well-paid Board of Directors and CEOs of most US Corporations do not have a sense of social justice and are also dismissing the major threat to continued US World Economic Dominance ..... the massive and continuing US Income Inequality Expansion, caused in large part by these very same people. 

The US Government should require all US Corporate Boards to include at least one worker representative or else Income Inequality will never narrow. 

I will continue this same research for many other large US Companies to get a better handle on just why the US has such massive continuing Income Inequality Expansion.
