Cable TV & Pay TV Services and TV Broadcast Stations Have $82 Bil of Deferred Income Tax Liabilities

From a quick review of income tax footnotes in SEC filings related to Cable TV and TV Broadcast Stations, I found 21 US Companies which had Deferred Income Tax Liabilities on mostly December 31, 2016.  They should be getting a good chunk of their debt with the US Government forgiven with the Trump Tax Bill. 

This debt forgiveness seems like a very strange result to me which costs US taxpayers more than a $1 Trillion in total for US Corps in all US Industries and provides no economic incentives since the actions causing the liabilities have already occurred:
