March 2018 Quarter CVS Health's Reported PTI Decreased By $64 Mil From the March 2017 Quarter, But March 2018 Quarter PTI Was Burdened With a $231 Net Interest Earnings Charge on the Financing of the Proposed Acquisition of Aetna and Thus Absent That, CVS Health's Pretax Income Would Have Increased By $167 Mil or By 11% and the March or April 2018 Total PTI of All 6 Rhode Island Cos Would Have Increased By 9% Instead of the Reported Decrease of 2% ......................................................................................
