Today, Freddie Mac reported that its 4Q 2016 Earnings were $4.847 Bil, up 125% from its 4Q 2015 Earnings of $2.158 Bil. This massive earnings increase was driven by huge Hedging Gains.
Tomorrow, the larger Fannie Mae reports its 4Q 2016 Earnings. Expect similar blowout 4Q 2016 Earnings as Freddie Mac just reported.
It's great to see these blowout Earnings in the last quarter of the Obama Administration.
