The 16 Largest Pakistani Cos Saw Their Total Earnings in 2021 Increase By 26% From That in the Pre-Covid Pandemic Year of 2019. In Comparison, the Annual Inflation Rate in Pakistan Was 10.7% in 2020 and 8.9% in 2021.

From a review of the investing.com website, I identified the 16 Pakistani Companies with stock market caps recently above 100 billion in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Also from a review of the investing.com, the table below shows the Consolidated Net Income (Loss) from Continuing Operations for fiscal years 2021, 2020 and 2019 for each of these 16 largest Pakistani Companies.
