Battle of Big Oils: Oklahoma Big Corps Trump Texas in 2010 Earnings Surge

The 57 Texas Big Oil and Gas Corps had their Total Core Pretax Income surge in 2010 by a superb 48%, quite an impressive accomplishment.

But guess what? The 8 Oklahoma Big Oil and Gas Corps one-upped Texas, with their Total Core Pretax Income surging in 2010 by an even higher 58%.

Below here are how Oklahoma's 11 largest publicly-held Corps did as was disclosed in either their most recent annual Fiscal Year Ended (FYE) 2010 earnings releases or in their most recent SEC annual report filings. All 11 of them had earnings increases in 2010. All of the below information is for the year ended December.
