The 55 Largest Georgia Cos, All With Stock Market Caps Above $1 Bil, All With December or January Year Ends and All Audited By One of the Very Prestigious Big 4 CPA Firms, Generated Audited Total Pretax Income in Obama's Last Two Years in Office (2016 and 2015) Which Increased By 11.5% From That in the Two Preceding Years (2015 and 2014).
Then in 2017, Trump's First Year in Office, These Same 55 Georgia Cos Generated Audited Total Pretax Income Which Increased By a Modest 2.1% From That in 2016.
My Focus is on Pretax Income Rather Than on After-Tax Net Income Because Income Taxes are Simply a Transfer of Financial Wealth Between US Corporations and US Federal, US State and Foreign Governments. It Has Nothing Whatsoever to do with Company Operating Performance.
