Georgia Basic Manufacturing Companies Pretax Earnings Declined By 11.3% in 2017, Trump’s First Year in Office ....................................................................................

From a review of SEC filings, I found 15 Georgia Basic Manufacturing Cos with stock market caps of more than $1 Bil recently which had December or January fiscal years ended (FYEs).

These 15 Georgia Manufacturing Cos, where many of the good-paying jobs are, Posted Audited US GAAP Pretax Income From Continuing Operations in FYE 2017 which declined by 11.3% from that in FYE 2016.

My Focus is on Pretax Income Rather Than on After-Tax Net Income Because Income Taxes are Simply a Transfer of Financial Wealth Between US Corporations and US Federal, US State and Foreign Governments.  It Has Nothing Whatsoever to do with Company Operating Performance.
